You may cry, you can be angry

Having feeling of anger or sadness is normal. What the problem is to suppress such negative feeling as well as  you think that you are not good person.

You can be angry and you may cry, but not toward to somebody, do so in you.

You try to solve by yourself and Forget it afterwards. Do not keep  holding the negative feeling, you release it and you should go forward.

It is better to have the feeling of happiness and joy and then Positive ‘frequency’ will come around you.
